Job Description
Client Success Specialist
1. Customer Service
- Assist with answering subscriber and Veteran questions
- Investigate and follow up all questions or concerns
- Update files and databases to document issues/resolutions and maintain accurate data
- Follow up with subscriber and Veteran clinician to ensure concerns are resolved
- Gather feedback from subscriber and Veteran clinician about their experience
- Support BDM/GM with administrative support in all aspects of the business (Finding KDM’s in VA systems, setting up in-services, travel arrangements, expense management)
2. Technical Skills
- Investigate and troubleshoot basic system issues
- Report any system issues or major issues to IT/Development Team
- Follow up with IT/Dev Team and dealers to ensure issues are resolved
- Able to function as administrator for databases used in the operations of Honor Alert ( SalesForce, email)
- Proficient with Web-based collaboration tools such as SalesForce
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs
3. Leadership
- Communicate and address any quality control issues with various company departments
- Support and attend client engagement activities as needed (trade shows)
- Develop and maintain in-depth industry knowledge
- Help create training tools and documentation
4. Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in a customer service environment
- An outgoing, high-energy personality
- Ability to maintain a positive focused attitude, even in challenging situations
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and thrive on challenges
- Demonstrated ability to be highly self-motivated, prioritize multiple tasks in a proactive manner, problem solve, meet deadlines, and display attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, provide quality service, persuasively present ideas, and commit to customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across cultural boundaries and work harmoniously with a diverse group of people
- Detail oriented
- Articulate and professional presentation skills
- Aptitude for continuous learning and new skills development
